The Stilog support portal, or Hot Ticket, enables you to share any issue you might have with your Visual Planning application, track the status of your tickets and communicate with our support team.
First connection - Enter your Visual Planning serial number in the login field below. You can retrieve your serial number directly in the application (either in the Client or the Admin Center) by clicking on the Preferences computer icon in the top left hand corner of your screen, and selecting About Visual Planning. Leave the password field blank. Then choose a new password. Note - you will be able to change this password at any point in time when you log into the portal and click on your profile icon at the top left-hand corner of the screen.
In order to access this portal you must have a valid Visual Planning installation as well as a valid maintenance contract.
